Abstract
Safe and nutritious food rings are the foundation of good health. Food affects all of us in countless ways. Food, in its diverse forms, is not just a means of subsistence – it is a central, defining feature of cultures around the world. In addition to nutrition and taste, the attractiveness of food also plays a role in the need for food. The most important part is the safety standards that people adhere to when preparing, selling and serving food that governs the safety of food. Unsafe food is considered a growing global threat today. In today’s environment food safety laws are not adequate and strict. The purpose of this study is to critically analyse the laws governing food safety and food safety and to determine its linear status.

பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் சத்தான உணவு வளையங்கள் நல்ல ஆரோக்கியத்தின் அடித்தளமாகும். உணவு நம் அனைவரையும் எண்ணற்ற வழிகளில் பாதிக்கிறது. உணவு, அதன் மாறுபட்ட வடிவங்களில், வாழ்வாதாரத்திற்கான ஒரு வழிமுறையாக மட்டும் இல்லை – இது உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள கலாச்சாரங்களின் மைய, வரையறுக்கும் அம்சமாகும். ஊட்டச்சத்து மற்றும் சுவை தவிர, உணவின் கவர்ச்சியும் உணவின் தேவையில் பங்கு வகிக்கின்ற. மிக முக்கியமான பகுதியாக உணவு தயாரிக்கும் போது, விற்கும்போது, பரிமாறும் போது மக்கள் கடைபிடிக்கும் பாதுகாப்புத் தரங்கள் உணவின் பாதுகாப்பை நிர்வகன்றன. பாதுகாப்பற்ற உணவு இன்று வளர்ந்து வரும் உலகளாவிய அச்சுறுத்தலாக கருதப்படுகிறது. இன்றைய சூழலில் உணவு பாதுகாப்பு சட்டங்கள் போதுமான தாகவும் கடுமையானதாகவும் இல்லை. இந்த ஆய்வறிக்கையின் நோக்கம் உணவு பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் உணவு பாதுகாப்பை கையாளும் சட்டங்களையும் விமர்சன ரீதியாக பகுப்பாய்வு செய்து அதன் நேரிய நிலையை அறிந்து கொள்வதும் ஆகும்.
